R. William Chapman II
R. William Chapman II is a constitutional lawyer, former U.S. Marine Corps judge advocate, and the author of Empyrean. His military and legal work shape his writing about conscience, institutional power, and moral injury. He also writes nonfiction as Ronald W. Chapman II and hosts Off Air.
